What Does the following TB Sensitivity Test Report Indicate?
my wife has get the tb sensitivity the result are streptomycin resistant 1g/ml inh resistant 0.1g/ml, rifampicin resistant 1g/ml,ethambutol susceptible 5.g/ml
,kanamycin susceptible 2.5g/ml,ethionamide resistant 5.0g/ml,PAS susceptible 4.0g/ml,ofloxacin resistant 2.0g/ml,moxifloxacin susceptible 1.0g/ml,amikacin susceptible 1.0g/ml,clofazimine susceptible 0.5g/ml,capreomycin susceptible 2.5g/ml,PZA MGIT resistant 100.0g/ml,what will i do?

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. It appears to be a multi-drug resistant infection.
2. You cannot be on usual drugs. You will need to be on a cocktail of sensitive medications composed of ethambutol, moxifloxacin and amikacin.
3. Complete the dosage as prescribed. Avoid stopping in between, or the bacteria could become resistant to it. Improve nutrition and avoid contact with close ones, atleast for 15 days to one month.
